Bring Your
Brain Back into Balance
At Brain Balance, we like to imagine your brain as a network of tiny lights—each one helping you think clearly, stay calm, and feel connected. But when stress, trauma, or exhaustion build up, some of those lights can start to dim, leaving you feeling foggy, tired, or off balance.
What is
Neurotherapy ?
At Brain Balance, we see Neurotherapy as training for your brain—just like physical therapy helps strengthen and retrain your body after an injury. Neurotherapy helps your brain build stronger connections, improving its ability to self-regulate, focus, relax, and adapt more easily to life’s stressors.
This gentle, science-based approach can support many areas of wellbeing, including recovery from head injuries, anxiety, attention challenges, and other conditions influenced by brainwave patterns. Using advanced, non-invasive technologies, we help your brain practice healthier rhythms and responses—so it can work more efficiently and calmly on its own.
During a session, small sensors are placed on your scalp to safely measure and analyze your brain’s activity in real time. From there, we use a variety of personalized techniques and modalities to encourage optimal function, helping your brain do what it was designed to do—heal, balance, and thrive.
At Brain Balance, we like to imagine your brain as a network of lights—each one helping you think clearly, stay calm, and feel connected. When stress, trauma, or exhaustion build up, some of those lights can start to dim or flicker, leaving you feeling foggy, tired, or off balance.
Brain Balance helps turn those lights back on.
Using gentle, non-invasive neurostimulation, we guide your brain to “retrain” itself—restoring natural balance and clarity. It’s like giving your brain a calm, powerful reset, helping improve focus, mood, energy, and emotional resilience.
Many people describe it as feeling:
- Mentally clearer
- More focused and energized
- Less weighed down by stress
- More emotionally steady
- Like “the fog has lifted”

What's the
Process?
1- We Assess Your Needs
At Brain Balance, your journey begins with a thoughtful, personalized assessment. During your initial evaluation, you’ll meet with one of our licensed professionals who will take the time to understand your unique goals, challenges, and needs. Together, we’ll review our process and explain each of our neurotherapy modalities, ensuring you feel informed, comfortable, and confident every step of the way.
2- We Map Your Brain
At Brain Balance, we use advanced EEG (Electroencephalograph) technology to create a detailed map of your brain’s unique patterns and activity. This process helps us understand how your brain is functioning and where it may need extra support. Our experienced team takes great care in interpreting each brain map with precision and compassion, using this insight to guide your personalized neurotherapy plan and set the foundation for meaningful progress.
3- We Design Personalized Protocols
Every brain is unique — and your care should be too. At Brain Balance, we use your brain map and assessment results to create a customized neurotherapy plan designed specifically for your needs and goals. While we often see similar patterns in certain conditions, no two brains are alike. That’s why we take a personalized approach, crafting a program that supports your brain’s natural ability to heal, grow, and find balance.
4- We Use Neurostimulation to Retrain Your Brain
At Brain Balance, we use advanced neurostimulation technology to help the brain retrain and restore healthy communication patterns. While we’ve worked with Neurofeedback in the past, our clients are now experiencing exceptional results through neurostimulation—an approach we believe represents the most effective and forward-thinking way to support optimal brain function. Each session is designed to gently encourage balance, improve connectivity, and help your brain perform at its best.
5- We Follow-up With Results
At Brain Balance, your progress is our priority. After 10–15 sessions, we perform a follow-up EEG to assess how your brain has responded to treatment. Many clients experience a noticeable 25–50% reduction in symptoms by this stage. Together, we’ll review your results, compare them to your initial brain map, and outline a plan to continue supporting your progress and long-term wellness.
Modalities:
Brain Mapping (Quantitative Electroencephalography – QEEG)
Brain Mapping, also known as Quantitative Electroencephalography (QEEG), allows us to take a closer look at how your brain is functioning. This noninvasive process measures and analyzes your brainwave activity—the natural rhythms that help you focus, relax, and sleep. During the session, we use a comfortable 19-channel cap with small sensors and a gentle gel to capture detailed electrical signals from the scalp. These readings are then compared to a database of typical brainwave patterns for your age, helping us understand where your brain is balanced and where extra support might be needed. Brain Mapping is the first step in our assessment process, giving us valuable insights to guide your personalized care plan. You’ll simply need to wash your hair afterward to remove the gel.
Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation (tACS)
Transcranial Alternating Current Stimulation (tACS) gently uses a low-level electrical current to encourage better communication between different areas of the brain or body. Two small electrodes send micro-currents back and forth, helping to promote greater balance and coherence in how these systems work together. At Brain Balance, we use tACS to support healing, recovery, and positive changes in brain and body function—helping our clients feel more connected, focused, and in tune with themselves.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (pEMF)
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (pEMF) therapy uses gentle electromagnetic pulses to help the brain and body communicate and function more efficiently. While you won’t feel the stimulation, its effects can be powerful. During a session, small coils are placed inside a soft, comfortable cap that rests on the head—without disturbing your hair! At Brain Balance, we use pEMF to support brainwave balance and coherence, and it can also be applied to other areas of the body. Many clients find it helpful for promoting gut regulation, improving overall balance, and easing sore joints—helping the whole system work in harmony.
Photobiomodulation (PBM)
Photobiomodulation, or PBM, is a gentle, light-based therapy that helps boost cellular energy and support healing in the brain and body. Using specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light, PBM encourages better blood flow, reduces inflammation, and enhances the body’s natural repair processes. At Brain Balance, we use PBM to promote brain health, improve focus and mood, and support recovery from injury or fatigue. The experience is relaxing and noninvasive—many clients describe it as a calm, restorative reset for both mind and body.
