Our Team

Lauren Ashley, MS, OTR/L, QEEG-DC

Lauren has been a dedicated Occupational Therapist since 2014, with a passion for helping individuals achieve lasting growth through innovative, evidence-based care. Her journey into neurotherapy began in 2022 while fostering her now seven-year-old son, as she searched for ways to support his healing from early developmental trauma. That experience inspired her to bring advanced neurotherapy modalities to Brain Balance, giving families in our community new hope when traditional therapies haven’t provided the results they need. Outside of work, Lauren is a proud wife and mom to three active children. She enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing at the lake whenever she can.
